• 1^st  delivery Oct 06, 2015 :   PRESS XL 12 with 50 heating plates
• 2^nd delivery June 30,2016 : a second trolley with a complete set of 50 heating plates
• 3^rd delivery Sept 02,, 2016: PRESS XL 12 with 50 heating plates.

This event is very interesting because shows that:

1. The machine is very profitable, making two drying cycles per day ( for a total of 520 dryings per year) of 6,5 mm Oak from deep green to 6%, for a total production of 340.000 m2/year.
2. The quality of Oak veneers is excellent ( no twisting, no warping, no checks, no discoloring)
3. The machine is very dependable, because it never stopped over 1 year operations.
4. With the a second trolley the machine has been used 100% for drying, because the loading and unloading operations had no interference with the drying period.
5. With the second machine the customer has reached the hardware configuration of two driers and one extra trolley, so that now he can optimized the working time of the 2 machines without time losses for loading-unloading operation.
