• TECHNICAL SUPPORT for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• SPARE PARTS for providing the necessary components.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

· This number provides support exclusively via WhatsApp message( text, photos, videos).
· Voice calls are not available on this line.
· When reaching out, please remember to provide the machine's serial number, which can be found on the electrical panel.

SPARE PARTS
Once the issue has been identified, either by you or with our assistance, we quickly provide the required components .
For all spare parts requests, please use our dedicated email address:

· This address is exclusively for spare parts requests (not technical support).
  Messages sent to other addresses may not be processed.
· In the email subject line, please include your company name and a clear description of the part needed.
  Example: CompanyName / Exhaust Valve Supply.

  •   Keep all communications within the same email thread without starting a new message, as this will help speed up the service.
